Tackling Fragility, Conflict and Violence
Addressing the global challenge of fragility, conflict and violence is key to ending poverty and promoting shared prosperity. Fragility affects countries at all income levels, and risks such as enmate change and natural disasters can further destabilize communities. To tackle this complex landscape, the World Bank Group is taking a broader approach to fragility by focusing on prevention, and engaging during active conflict, transition and recovery. Humanitarian-development-peace partnerships are critical to success.
